In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs study, 2020, recommends prioritizing cloud computing, big data, and e-commerce. According to the report, 43% of organizations may reduce their workforce as a result of technology integration, while 34% expect to expand their personnel as a result of technology integration.
As the in-demand skills are anticipated to change, the talent gap is expanding. Nearly 40% of personnel are expected to undertake reskilling for six months, while a whopping 94% of employers expect their employees to learn new skills and technologies.

Those who have proved competence in the discipline of accounting are awarded the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The candidate must finish 150 hours of the CPA course semester to get the CPA license. A minimum score of 75 is required to pass a part of the CPA Exam. The Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) provides a professional certification course in financial planning to individuals who want to pursue financial planning as a career.
